The apartment is located between Montmartre and the Opera and it is 10 minutes of walk from Grands Boulevards. It is a 3-room apartment of 95 m² that sleeps 5 persons. It is located on the 5th French floor. The 19th century building is equipped with an elevator, an entrance code and an interphone.

There is a living room, an American kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is very light and functional with a very nice view.

A big charming room with visible beams (typical element in the buildings of the 19th century) is equipped with upholstered furniture: one sofa bed and two armchairs. There are paintings and a TV set.

The bathroom with the timber floor is contiguous to the 1st bedroom. The separate toilet is equipped with a washbasin.

A light and spacious room of 35 m² is equipped with a double bed and a TV set. There are also 4 windows, one of them in the ceiling, adjustable shutters, visible beams and the timber floor.

This is a little room with a single bed.

The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed.

The kitchen

The american kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
