In the heart of south beach 1 block from Lincoln rd you will find this lovely art deco building, which once was a private house. is perfectly located minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and art galleries. This 2 story building has 4 apartments, 2 on each floor. The apartments are nice and cozy with warm wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings.
In our 1 bedrooms you will find either a queen or king size bed, open kitchen and dining area and lovely renovated Marble bathrooms.
Our large 2 bedroom apartment is 1,200 SQ. FT It has a spacious kitchen and dining room area and has 2 Marble bathrooms which has been fully renovated with top of the line fixtures.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
