The Hispaniola House is a vacation rentals in Miami Mediterranean-style building located only 1 ½ blocks from the Lincoln Road Mall, 3 blocks from Ocean Drive, and it is in close proximity to many popular South Beach destinations. The Vacation rentals in Miami building has 6 units, all elegantly furnished with Art Deco-style furniture and artwork. This historic “Spanish art deco” building dates from the 30’s, it was originally a private romantic house that has been fully restored but kept its original character. This house was divided in 5 beautiful totally independent vacation apartments Miami Beach.

On Hispaniola way you will find a this charming Spanish style art deco building that has 6 lovely units. Within walking distance is Lincoln rd and famous Ocean Drive. This historical building was once a private home which has been renovated into one and two bedrooms apartments.
These 1 and 2 bedroom units are nicely decorated in an Art Deco style with warm wooden floors throughout.
In the 2 bedroom unites you will find 2 queen size beds and a pullout sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
The one bedroom unit is equipped with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests.
Hispaniola way is quaint but gritty, picturesque yet terminally bohemian right down to its peach-colored paint, Miami Beach’s Espanola Way is a slice of history served with a touch of culture. What started out in the early ‘20s as a meeting place for the wealthy — a destination for dining and dancing in the streets — From legendary tales of gangsters running gambling organizations on the street to the ’80s boom of the area as a popular backdrop for numerous films and TV shows like Miami Vice, the infamous stories of Espanola Way are as colorful as the area’s Art Deco architecture.

Hispaniola House #5 is a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and covers 900 sq.ft. The both bedrooms feature queen size beds, a night-table with a lamp, closets, and linens. The bathroom is just down the hallway and features stainless steel appliances, a bathtub, and a vanity mirror. After leaving the bathroom, you can proceed back down the hallway to the living & dining room.
The living room is quite spacious and features a futon, an entertainment system with all accessories, and a modern coffee table. The dining room, which is joined to the living room, also features extra seating, as well as a glass dining room table. The kitchen features beautiful marble countertops, a refrigerator, small sink, stove and oven, a microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, silverware & cutlery, as well a laundry machine (washer & dryer in one).
