Terms and Conditions
Reservation Procedure:
- to book an apartment you’ve selected you have to send your request to Glamour Apartments
- as soon as possible we will check the availability of the apartment and send you all the necessary documents for your reservation
- to confirm your reservation, you have to send us back the filled forms within the next 48 hours along with the payment ofour agency fees
- within next two days you will receive the lease agreement signed by the owner, you will have to sign it and to send us back as well as 50% of the rental price in advance
- the rest of the rent amount has to be paid upon your arrival
- visa support
Our agency fees:
Our agency fees are included in weekly price.
- For the rent from 1 month rental to 40 nights: 30% of one rent
- from 40 nights to 3 months rental: 50% of one month rent
- from 3 months to 6 months: 75% of one month rent
- from 6 months to 9 months: one month rent
- from 9 months to one year rent: 10% of the rent
Payment
We accept:

- PayPal payments
- cash
Security Deposit
The amount of the security deposit mentioned in the agreement has to be paid upon your arrival and it will be returned on the day of your departure if there are no damages in the apartment.

Extra Charges
Telephone
The telephone calls are not included into the price and it has to be paid separately.
Gas and Electricity
It is included into the rental price if your staying period is less then 3 weeks.
Your Arrival
In order to provide you with the best service, we would like to ask you to inform us about the time of your arrival in advance. One of the agents of Glamour Apartments company will welcome you in the apartment and answer all your questions.
Please note that, normal check-in time is from 13.00 – 18.00 and it will be done without any additional fees.
Late check-in time should be discussed in advance and normally we take extra fees for that:
- 30-50 euro, if you arrive 18.00 – 22.00 (accordingly to the selected apartment);
- you will receive the instructions for self check in, if you arrive 22.00 – 2.00;
- 50 euro for Sundays & French public holidays.
As soon as you arrive to the airport or to the train station, we kindly ask you to call us and confirm your arrival. Then we can figure out the the final check-in time!
Your Departure
In order to walk us through the procedure we would like to ask you to stay in contact with us 3 days in advance.
Please note that normal departure time is until 10:00 am.
