For all services from 10 p.m. till 7 a.m. and the Sundays there is 10% of extra charge

«SIGNS» and Meeting the driver:
The driver will welcome you with a sign with your name.
• at the airport: the driver will meet you at the arrivals gate (i.e. pick up area just after customs) of the terminal. He will have a sign with your name.
• at the train station: the driver will meet you at the head of the train.

Pick up from the apartments:
• Meeting at the apartment: All our drivers should be there 15 minutes before the actual pick up time. Once the driver is next to the apartment, we or he will call you on the apartment landline.
• Booking re-confirmation: In our email of confirmation to all our clients, we suggest they call us to re-confirm their pick up the day before, at the latest. When they leave on Monday, they need to re-confirm their pick up the Friday before, by 18.30. They can send us an email or call the office. If we do not hear from them by 17.00 the day before their departure, we call them on the apartment landline.

Payment:
The clients pay directly in cash to the driver. We do not accept credit cards
