The building is equipped with the entrance codes, elevator. Studio has a parquet floor, cozy design and beautiful view. The apartment has 1-2 sleeping arrangements.

    The bathroom is equipped with the bathtub, the shower, the washbasin, the mirror and it is integrated with the toilet.

  • The area/environment

    This studio is situated in the Quartier Latin, where the student's life is concentrated. As is known, in the middle age the main teaching language was Latin language - that's why this district named Le Quartier Latin. It is a pleasure to walk in the evening or to sit on the free chairs around the main fountain of Luxembourg Garden: La Sorbonne, the Pantheon, Parisian Observatory - there are so many things to discover in this district... Access by metro: Line 10 Cluny - La Sorbonne; RER B - Luxembourg.

    Very, very cool studio in Paris. Without extra elements, but all right is here. You can always walk along the beautiful Latin Quarter, which is located nearby.

    Nice apartment. I visit Paris on a regular basis and have been to different studios provided by this rental service. This apartment is one of my favorites. I always ask if it is vacant for my dates. Its furnishing is simple but lovely, I feel myself comfy there. It is well equipped so, it allows me to travel with a small suitcase. But the best thing about this Paris studio is its location – I adore Quartier Latin and its bustle.
