Description

    Big and quiet studio of 37 m2 sleeps 1-4 people. It is located on the 5 floor without elevator. The building is equipped with code and interphone. This functional studio has the entrance hall; American kitchen with a bar, living room is with the bedroom.

  • The entrance

    The entrance hall has a window and a pillar for shoes.

  • The bedroom

    The first part of the studio is serving as a living room. It is equipped with the sofa bed for 1-2 persons, TV set, coffee table, some paintings.
    The second part of the studio serving as a bedroom is equipped with a double bed, two built-in closets.
    The windows of the room are facing a very quiet courtyard. There is parquet on the floor.
    Very warm atmosphere!

  • The kitchen

    American kitchen with a small bar is fully equipped. In front of it, there an extensible wooden dining table for 6-8 persons. There is a big mirror, paintings.

  • The bathroom

    The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, shower, wash basin, tiled floor in light colors. Toilet is separated.

  • The area/environment

    This is a very animated area in the 4th district with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes.

    The 4th district in Paris is often called by Parisians «Baubourg». This small pedestrian street is located in 50 meters from the building constructed in modern style, famous Centrum Georges Pompidou. The exhibitions of modern art are being held there. In two steps from this place, you come to another Paris, called «Marais». Not far away there is also the garden «Les Halles».
    This surprising combination of modern and antiquity represents Paris, the city of contrasts.

    Were here in the summer with the children. The apartment is small, but for a small family it is enough. The kitchen has all the necessary, furniture enough as well. Cost is also acceptable.
