  • General description

    The apartment is situated in the building of the 17th century, which was a side part of the Louvre where several members of the Royal family were hosted in. It was also a dance school of the Royal Court. It was transformed and totally renewed by the end of 2004. But as it is protected by the State, the original style of this rich house has been restored as it was in the 17th century when Louis de XIVth was the king. Because of the 3,5 -3,7 height ceilings, wide walls (1 m in some places) the apartment is very quiet.
    The apartment has the living room combined with the American kitchen, one bedroom with mezzanine, large terrace, shower room combined with the toilet.

    Thanks to the large windows the room is quiet luminous. In the living room there is a sofa-bed (1.6x2.0m), the table with chairs, the coffee table, and it is combined with the kitchen. Parquet floor, the terrace.

    In the bedroom there is a double bed, built-in closet, mezzanine.

    Mezzanine of 140 cm height is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a peg.

    American kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.

    It is equipped with the shower cabin, the washbasin with the mirror and the toilet.

    The building is located in the heart of Paris, in the 1st district , in 100 m from the Louvre with its wonderful arcades and Palais Royal Garden; in 100 m from the street Saint Honore, with the best boutiques and restaurants of Paris; in 5 minutes on foot from the Marie de Paris, Tuileries Garden, Beaubourg, Notre-Dame de Paris; in 10 minutes from the Place Concord. The metro station is located in 50 m from the building, but the most important sights of the city are on walking distance.
