    The location of the apartment is very comfortable, because it is located not far from the main sights of Paris such as Musee d'Orsay, Louvre, Saint-Germaine-des-Pres, Jardin Luxembourg. The Seine river is 150 m from the apartment. Taxi stations, bus stops, metro.

  • General description

    The apartment is located in the 17th century building, which was a side part of Louvre where several members of the Royal family were hosted in. It was also a dance school of the Royal Court. It was transformed and totally renewed by the end of 2004. But as it is protected by the State, the original style of this rich house has been restored as it was in the 17th century when Louis de XIVth was the king. Because of the 3,5 -3,7 height ceilings, wide walls (1 m in some places) the apartment is very quiet.
    The apartment including: the living room combined with the American kitchen, bedroom, mezzanine, large terrace, shower room combined with the toilet.

  • The living room

    Thanks to the large windows the room is quiet luminous. There is the parquet floor in the living room, the sofa bed (1.6x2.0m), the dining table with the chairs, the armchair. The room is combined with the kitchen.

  • The bedroom

    In the bedroom there is a double bed, built-in wall closet, big window facing the quiet courtyard. The entrance to the bathroom is from the bedroom.

  • The kitchen

    American kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.

  • The bathroom

    There is the bathtub, shower, washbasin and the mirror. The entrance to the bathroom is from the bedroom.

    The toilet room is separated from the bathroom.

    These apartment in Paris is very good, but its main advantage - location near attractions such as the Louvre, Luxembourg Gardens, Musee d'Orsay ... I recommend the apartment to all tourists

    Quiet and clean. Kitchen equipped with necessary stuff. Living room design is a bit boring and a TV-set is quite out of date. Comfortable location makes it not so bad place to stay in for a couple of weeks.
